1 cup cooked
rice
2-3 cups
cooked chicken
2 cans cream
of chicken soup
1 T. lemon
juice
1 cup mayonnaise
(no fat free or light)
1 cup
chopped celery
1 T. minced
onion flakes
Mix all
ingredients together and put in a 9x13 baking dish.
Top with ½ cup
slivered almonds.
(Can also
top with ½ cup crushed cornflakes…I leave those off.)
Bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
