2 Tablespoons Worcestershire

8 oz. fresh mushrooms

12 oz. bag of Egg Noodles

Directions:
In bottom of the crock pot, combine soup, Worcestershire sauce, water, garlic salt, paprika, onion flakes- stir to combine.
Add stew meat.  Stir ingredients to coat meat with sauce.
Cover and Cook on Low for 8 to 9 hours.

Turkey Steak in the Crockpot

This is a picture of what they will look like if cooked in a pan.  However, this recipe is for the crockpot and there is a white sauce on the Turkey Steak, so obviously they won't look like the above photo.  The crockpot recipe was pretty good, but didn't produce a pretty picture!!  Give it a try...it's easy and I got no complaints here.

Ingredients:

5 Madoxx Turkey Steaks
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk
1/4 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer turkey steak in bottom of crockpot.
In a bowl, stir together, soup, milk and sour cream.
Add salt and pepper-stir to combine.
Pour mixture over the turkey steaks.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours.

* The sauce would be good served on mashed potatoes.

Teriyaki Chicken in the Crock Pot

Recipe and Photo from Jamie Cooks It Up!

5 chicken breasts (about 3 pounds)
1 1/2 C water
1 C brown sugar
1/2 C soy sauce
1 t granulated garlic
1 t sesame oil (optional, but wonderful)
3 T corn starch + 4 T cold water

1. Spray the inside of your pretty crock pot with cooking spray. (I used a 4 quart crock)
2. Place 5 chicken breasts into the pot. If you are using chicken that has been frozen, be sure that it is completely thawed before you add it to the crock pot.
3. In a separate bowl combine 1 1/2 cups water, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1 teaspoon granulated garlic and 1 t sesame oil. Give it a nice stir to combine and then pour it over the top of the chicken. Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 4 hours, or on low for 7.
4. When the chicken is cooked through and easily shred-able remove it from the crock pot and place in on a plate.
5. In a small bowl combine 3 tablespoon of corn starch and 4 tablespoons of cold water. Pour it into the crock pot and stir it in thoroughly.
6. Take two forks and break the chicken breasts up a bit.
7. Place the chicken back into the crock pot and stir it around allowing the sauce to mix with the chicken.
8. Cover the crock pot and let the mixture cook and thicken for 30 minutes.
Serve over brown or white rice. Enjoy!

SLOW COOKER CHICKEN CORDON BLEU

Recipe slightly adapted from: Get off your butt and Bake

4 to 6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
4 to 6 slices Swiss or Provolone cheese
4 to 6 thin slices smoked ham
1/4 to 1/2 cup all-purpose flour to shake the chicken in.

Instructions:
Place chicken breasts between sheets of plastic wrap. Using a mallet, pound each chicken breast to 1/4-inch thickness. Season each piece on both sides with salt and pepper. Place 1 cheese slice (Swiss or Provolone) and 1 ham slice on each breast. Roll up each breast (tucking loose ends in if necessary) and using a toothpick, secure the end. Dredge each in flour & shake off any excess. In a skillet, add a few tablespoons of oil and turn your heat to med/high. When the oil is hot, carefully place your chicken rolls in the skillet and brown both sides of the chicken until nice and golden brown.

Place Chicken in Crockpot.

Mix 2 cans of soup and 1 can of milk and 1 cup sour cream together and pour it over the chicken.

Cook 5-6 hours on low.

Stuffing Chicken

Recipe from Jamie Cooks It Up
4 chicken breasts, pounded out flat
(I used 10 or so chicken tenders)
8 slices Swiss cheese (or about 3/4 C shredded cheese)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c milk
1 Stove Top Stuffing box- chicken flavored
1/4 C butter melted

1. Spray the inside of your crock pot.
2. Lay the chicken out flat in the bottom of the dish.
3. Cover with the cheese.
4. Mix the soup and the milk together and pour over the top of the cheese.
5. Dump the box of stuffing over the top, and drizzle butter over it.
6. Cook on high for 4 hours. The last 1/2 an hour turn the lid sideways, so that some of the stream can escape. You don't want your stuffing to be soggy.

Zuppa Toscana in the Crockpot

2 cans chicken broth
1 cup water
1/4 cup onion, chopped
